Not sure I understand your point but I don't really care. I led Idiocracy which WAS a second job dealing with a bunch of noobs. I left, and re-formed my original corp, and it was fun again. The state of the game, and it's future, and my level of trust in CCP is the question. You should get out of your mining barge for a minute and think about it.
that's exactly what have i said: you made Eve a second job. This leads you to stop. This made you too care about "state of the game, it's future and my level of trust....".
Seriously: who the hell need to trust to developers of a game to play it? Only "hardcore" gamers. Because for you this is not a game but a job (maybe main job in your life).
For me Eve is just a game. I play it while i have fun.
And i'm not leaving because i don't see anything can break my fun. See the difference? ;)
BTW: i contact with some of "Idiocracy noobs". They are good people. Some of them i even got to my new corp.
And i stoped mining 1 month after i left Idiocracy. Now - rogue drone escalations only.

I suppose you can be right. However i don't see reasons to play the game you don't like at any cases. It doesn't matter if the game can become better or not.
